Pineapple Cake

2 cups flour
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
15-1/2 oz. crushed pineapple in syrup
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix dry ingredients. Add the rest. Beat all together. Bake 350 degrees in greased 9x13, 30 minutes or until done.

Cream Cheese Frosting

6 oz. cream cheese, softened room temperature
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Beat together. Spread on cake. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate.
